  • WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTIES DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH?

    We specialize in capturing all types of properties, including residential homes, condos, apartments, commercial properties, and more.

  • DO YOU OFFER AERIAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND DRONE SERVICES?

    Yes, we provide aerial photography and drone services to capture stunning aerial views of your properties. If you have a custom or unorthodox job, please email or call us for a quote.

  • WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

    We proudly serve the DFW area including cities such as Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, McKinney, Frisco, Denton, Mesquite, Carrollton, Lewisville, Richardson, Allen, Flower Mound, Grapevine, The Colony, and the surrounding areas. During booking you can enter the address of your listing to confirm our service coverage. There is a travel fee of $0.38/mile outside of 30 miles from our business office located near at the intersection of Sam Rayburn Tollway + Dallas North Tollway.

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A TOTAL MARKETING KIT?

    The Marketing Kit is a complete library of materials that is always evolving to keep up with current design trends. That includes property sites, both branded and unbranded, social media graphics and videos, property flyers, site analytics. Our MLS-compliant and co-listing compatible property sites feature agent or group information, virtual walkthrough & Matterport support, photo & video gallery, embeddable floor plans, background music support, a lead capture form, and Google map support. The sites are automatically created for you and have preset designs you can choose from and/or customize.

  • IN WHAT FORMAT WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

    We provide your photos and videos in digital format, making it easy for you to use them for online listings, marketing materials, and more. Our client platform allows you to download bulk or individual full-resolution and MLS-ready images.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

    Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos and videos within 1-2 days. We aim for a quick turnaround while maintaining high-quality results.

  • WHAT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT MY DELIVERED CONTENT?

    We value your satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivered content, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

  • HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY EDITED PHOTOS AND VIDEOS?

    We will securely deliver your photos and videos through a digital download link or another agreed-upon method for your convenience. Our delivery confirmation email will include a no-frills, no log-in link for you to download your property’s images and other media. You may also login to your account on our platform to access any of your listing media provided by us.

  • CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE RUSH OR SAME-DAY BOOKINGS?

    We understand that sometimes you need photos quickly. Contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

  • WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    There are no fees for cancellations made before 24 hours of an appointment. Rescheduling is always free or no added fees, but must be made at least 12 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment. For cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment there is a $50 cancellation fee. Please refer to our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for more details on our policies.

  • ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON HOW I CAN USE THE DELIVERED CONTENT?

    You have the right to use the content for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property being photographed on any of your accounts or platforms. However, resale or distribution to third parties, including but not limited to, builders, sellers, or buyers, is not permitted without our prior consent.
