Lone Star Media is a one-crew real estate media studio based in Carrollton, working with agents across North Dallas from Frisco and Plano to Prosper and The Colony. We believe a listing is a story, not a spec sheet, so every home gets the same treatment: honest light, careful composition, and edits that respect the way the place actually feels. Agents work directly with the person behind the camera, and galleries arrive the next day, every time.

What areas does Lone Star Media serve?

We are based in Carrollton and shoot across North Dallas and the surrounding DFW metroplex, including Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Prosper, Allen, The Colony, Lewisville, Little Elm, Flower Mound, Coppell, Addison, and Richardson.

How much does real estate photography cost in DFW?

Listing packages start at $195 for HDR photos and a floor plan. The Signature package at $249 adds drone aerials, and The Estate at $549 includes a cinematic listing film. Pricing covers homes up to 2,400 sq ft; larger properties are quoted per listing.

How fast do agents receive their photos?

Galleries are delivered the next day, every time, in MLS-ready and print resolutions.

Do you offer drone and aerial photography?

Yes. We shoot FAA-licensed aerial photography and video as part of the Signature and Estate packages, or as an add-on to any shoot.

Do you shoot twilight real estate photos?

Yes. We offer true twilight shoots on location and virtual twilight edits for listings that need dusk imagery on a tighter timeline.

Can you recommend anyone to get a listing ready for photos?

Yes. We keep a short list of businesses we have worked alongside on real listings, starting with The Fandyman in Carrollton for ceiling fans, light fixtures and wall mounting on short notice. The full list is on our referrals page.

What else do you offer besides listing photos?

Cinematic listing video, 2D floor plans, Zillow 3D Interactive Tours, agent branding and headshots, and single-property or agent brand websites hosted by our studio.

Do you shoot commercial properties?

Yes. We fly FAA-licensed drone aerials for retail centers, office buildings and industrial sites, priced per property: Basic Aerial at $150, Standard Aerial at $295 and Premium Marketing at $650. Twilight or aerial video can be added to Premium Marketing and is quoted separately. Every flight depends on FAA airspace authorization, weather and the property owner's permission, so email contact@lonestar.photos with the address and we'll confirm the details and send a quote.
