Plano is the widest range of any city we shoot. A single week can run from a 1970s ranch on a mature lot to a custom build in west Plano, and the two need entirely different approaches to light. It is a city where experience with the housing stock genuinely shows in the photos.

Plano has real tree cover, and it is the single biggest factor in shooting here. Established neighborhoods have canopy that blocks the sun for most of the day, which makes exterior timing and HDR work matter far more than in the newer suburbs north of here. Interiors in older Plano homes often have smaller windows and darker rooms, which is exactly the case HDR bracketing exists for. West Plano and the Willow Bend area skew newer and more open, with more room for aerials.

Plano specifics
My Plano listing is an older home with dark rooms. Will the photos work?
That is the most common Plano shoot we do. Bracketed HDR pulls detail back into both the window view and the room at once, so a shaded interior still reads bright and true to colour rather than blown out or muddy.
How much does real estate photography cost in Plano?
Packages start at $195 for HDR photos and a floor plan, $249 adds drone aerials, and $549 includes a cinematic listing film. Pricing covers homes up to 2,400 sq ft; larger properties are quoted per listing. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in our coverage area.
How fast will I get my Plano photos back?
