Carrollton is a city of two housing stocks, and they photograph differently. The older neighborhoods around the Downtown Square have mature canopy and tight lots, where a wide lens and careful exterior timing matter more than a drone. North of Hebron, the newer construction sits on open lots with clean sight lines, which is where aerials earn their keep. Knowing which half of the city a listing sits in changes how the shoot is planned.
