More often here than anywhere else we shoot. If the home backs onto greenbelt, a trail, or the golf course, an aerial is usually the single most valuable frame in the set, because it is the only one that proves what is behind the fence.
How much does real estate photography cost in Allen?
Packages start at $195 for HDR photos and a floor plan, $249 adds drone aerials, and $549 includes a cinematic listing film. Pricing covers homes up to 2,400 sq ft; larger properties are quoted per listing. There is no travel surcharge anywhere in our coverage area.
